Our next Menopause & Women's Health Cafe will have a member guest session

Sarah has been an integral part of the Menopause & Women’s Health Cafe community for over two years, so it’s especially meaningful to welcome a familiar face to share her expertise.

At a Menopause & Women's Health Café people, gather to eat cake, drink tea and discuss menopause and women's health.

The cafe is offered in collaboration with Waltham Forest Women's Network
