Sensuality, Pleasure & the Menopause Nobody Told You About

Menopause brings change hot sweats, brain fog, shifting energy but what if sensuality was actually one of your greatest tools for navigating it all? This month we welcome Emma Fullwood, a women's wellness expert specialising in helping women hold onto (and rediscover) their sensuality through menopause and beyond.

Emma will be sharing how tapping into your sensuality can ease anxiety, quieten a busy mind and lift the fog of overwhelm and why your changing libido isn't something to mourn, but something to explore. Expect an honest, open and probably quite giggly conversation about female pleasure, touch and what it really means to choose yourself — because school certainly didn't cover this.

Come with an open mind and be ready to have a conversation long overdue.

About Emma

Hi I'm Emma Fullwood a 49 year old woman in her prime... although that often means i'm crying into my porridge or throwing cushions around the room having a proper toddler tantrum!

I say it how it is, the good the bad and the ugly or should I say the unspoken!

I am a mom of a 14 year old boy and live alone in Brighton. I went through menopause many years ago - losing my bleed in 2019. It's been a roller coaster ride of dark thoughts and days where I didn't want to be here as my mind felt so chaotic, and yet here I am sharing how the body I thought was letting me down in menopause has actually become my saviour.

My background is fitness, pelvic floor health, hypnotherapy and now nervous system healing through a woman's life force energy her womb and pelvis. I have perfected my own way to help women feel like they are taking off the corset of life so that even in the darkest of days they can choose themselves and pleasure.
