JOIN OUR EVENTS -image (1).png

We regularly organise events across the borough that aim to increase the wellbeing of the women of Waltham Forest and to create a sense of community or offer a chance of developing new skills.

It is always good to know that WFWN is there. The IWD events are always inspiring and the Bollywood dancing and yoga is fantastic to raise spirits.

Lockdown was an opportunity (thanks to WFWN), to meet new people, feel welcomed into the community, to try something new and to dance - all the best things in life!

I enjoy being a part of this group. Thanks so much.

Lovely sessions, you never disappoint!

ZOOM WORKOUT SESSIONS (weekly)

During the lockdown, these free Zoom Workout sessions run by volunteering Fitness specialists, gave a chance for women to connect, laugh and break some sweat.

These sessions have been very successful and so has become a weekly event on the WFWN calendar.

The WFWN Menopause Cafe (monthly)

These sessions are open to all Women of all ages

We want to be able to build this into a space where all health issues that affect women are discussed including Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, periods, underactive thyroids etc.

The sessions are held on a monthly basis with the venue going across the borough so that we can not only support our local Waltham Forest Businesses but for us all to see what amazing resources are across the borough.
