New Opportunity for Young People

*Formula One* are making available 2 x Level 3 mechanical engineering apprenticeships through the Blair Project for young people of colour, who would love to work in F1.

This is a life changing opportunity. It will ultimately lead into a role as Mechanical Technician.

*Year One:*
Initial training at Seta in Southampton, learning the fundamentals of Mechanical Engineering.

*Year Two:*
Based at F1 HQ with hands on training on the job to further develop and optimise skillsets to allow them to be competent and support F1 business operations.

We've been asked to compile a list of 15 x eligible prospects aged 18+ by Friday 24 July 2021.

They must have 5 x GCSEs grade C/4 or above.

Application forms will go out on Mon 26 July and must be completed and returned by 2 Aug, with interviews to be held on 9 Aug.
